We staff across sonography, allied health, and nursing — but never generically. Every placement is matched by people who understand your modality, your scope, and the clinical standard your unit demands.
Sonography
Ultrasound specialties staffed by people who’ve held the probe.
Sonography is our flagship discipline. Our team includes former sonographers who understand the difference between modalities — because that difference matters for patient outcomes.
General Sonography
Abdominal, OB/GYN, and small parts imaging. The broadest ultrasound discipline, requiring strong anatomical knowledge across organ systems.
Learn moreVascular Sonography
Arterial and venous duplex imaging. Specialized in carotid, lower extremity, and abdominal vascular protocols for detecting DVT, stenosis, and aneurysm.
Learn moreAdult Echocardiography
Transthoracic and transesophageal cardiac imaging. Evaluates chamber size, valve function, wall motion, and hemodynamic parameters in adult patients.
Learn morePediatric Echocardiography
Congenital heart defect assessment and post-surgical follow-up imaging in pediatric patients. Requires specialized training in neonatal and pediatric cardiac anatomy.
Learn moreFetal Echocardiography
Prenatal cardiac imaging focused on detecting structural heart abnormalities in utero. Typically performed between 18-24 weeks gestation by highly specialized sonographers.
Learn moreMFM / High-Risk OB
Maternal-fetal medicine and high-risk obstetrical imaging. Includes detailed anatomy scans, growth assessments, and specialized Doppler studies for complex pregnancies.

From radiology to respiratory, every modality accounted for.
We staff across the full spectrum of allied health disciplines. Each candidate is vetted by recruiters who understand the technical requirements of every role.
Radiology & Imaging
Radiography (X-Ray)
Diagnostic X-ray imaging across emergency, inpatient, and outpatient settings. Portable and fluoroscopy-equipped.
CT (Computed Tomography)
Cross-sectional imaging for trauma, oncology, cardiac, and interventional protocols. Contrast administration and advanced reconstruction.
MRI
Magnetic resonance imaging across neuro, MSK, abdominal, cardiac, and breast protocols. Coil selection, patient screening, and advanced sequences.
Nuclear Medicine
Radiopharmaceutical imaging including PET/CT, SPECT, and therapeutic nuclear procedures. Radiation safety and isotope handling.
Interventional Radiology
Minimally invasive image-guided procedures. Fluoroscopy, angiography, biopsies, and catheter-directed therapies in the IR suite.
Mammography
Screening and diagnostic breast imaging. 2D, 3D tomosynthesis, and stereotactic biopsy procedures. MQSA compliance required.
Respiratory & Specialty
Respiratory Therapy
Specialized in NICU and PICU respiratory care, ventilator management, and general floor therapy. Critical care airway expertise.
Polysomnography
Sleep study technologists. Conducts overnight diagnostic and titration studies, scoring sleep stages and identifying disorders.
Medical Laboratory
Clinical lab scientists and technicians. Hematology, chemistry, microbiology, blood bank, and molecular diagnostics.
Radiation Therapy
Therapeutic radiation delivery for oncology patients. Linear accelerator operation, treatment planning, and patient positioning.
Clinical Support
Certified Nursing Assistants
Direct patient care support including vitals, ADLs, mobility assistance, and documentation. Hospital and long-term care settings.
Medical Assistants
Clinical and administrative support in outpatient settings. Phlebotomy, EKGs, patient intake, and provider assistance.
Nursing
Critical care nurses placed by people who understand acuity levels.
ICU is not step-down. NICU is not peds. We match nurses to units based on actual clinical competency, not just licensure.
ICU
Intensive Care Unit. High-acuity adult critical care including ventilator management, hemodynamic monitoring, and vasoactive drips.
CCU
Cardiac Care Unit. Specialized cardiac monitoring, post-cath recovery, STEMI response, and heart failure management.
L&D (Labor and Delivery)
Antepartum, intrapartum, and immediate postpartum care. Fetal monitoring, epidural support, vaginal and cesarean delivery assistance, and newborn assessments.

Med-Surg
Medical-Surgical Units. The backbone of inpatient nursing. Post-operative care, chronic disease management, and patient education.
Step-Down / Progressive Care
Intermediate-level monitoring between ICU and med-surg. Telemetry, continuous monitoring, and patients transitioning from critical care.
OR / Perioperative
Operating Room and perioperative nursing. Scrub, circulating, and pre/post-op roles across surgical specialties.
